MISS BLACK AMERICA GEORGIA
Natasha Gallop is Miss Black America Georgia. She is an actress and vocalist. I must say that Miss Gallop’s sparkling charisma jumped right through the phone lines. I had a delightful conversation as we when through the interview questions.
Natasha came to the Miss Black America pageant almost by accident. When sending out her acting resume she inadvertently sent it to the pageant. She was accepted and eventually went on the represent the State of Georgia at the ceremony.
Natasha has a passion for helping other young women identify and pursue their aspirations. “Participating in the pageant and meeting the other delegates was inspiring.” I felt like I was a part of a sisterhood and not a competition. I want to share this experience particularly with young women attending HBCU’s. Although Natasha stated that this was her first and last pageant, she will carry the memories for life.
She is working on several acting projects as well as developing her own travel show. Look out for her on a stage, small screen or movie near you!
